Hungarian Mushroom Soup

The soup broth is super delicious, but while I like mushrooms, this is a /lot/ of mushrooms and little else. I think I'd like this a lot better in a smaller serving as a side with a sandwich or something. We ate it with some pita bread which was delicious.
The plus side is that this is ridiculously easy to make. The worst part is slicing the mushrooms and that's like. Not hard. I think it'd be pretty difficult to mess this up.
We will definitely make this again.
